The largest event in the online space of this type, which aims to bring together leading leaders and experts on diversity and inclusion, HR consultants, business owners and top managers who want to make their business more inclusive. In 2020, the Forum brought together more than 2,000 participants from around the world and this year aims to attract 5,000 spectators. The event will last a whole week and consists of two days of panel discussions, speeches and a competition of startups, followed by six days of practical workshops.
The topics of the Forum revolve around the global impact of COVID-19, namely the effect it has had on diversity and inclusion. According to statistics, compared to the global average, COVID-19 exposed the under-represented groups to a much higher risk of not only becoming infected but also facing unemployment. Last year’s outbreak of the Black Lives Matter movement and its undeniable impact on American and global business will also be among the topics of discussion at the Forum. In addition, the speakers will discuss the construction of inclusion through technology, creating a corporate culture without prejudice and discrimination, breaking stereotypes in the practice of recruitment and employment.
